Nunia is a hybrid productivity app for iOS, Android, and the web. It pairs GTD-style task management - capture, contexts, lists, importance, deadlines, subtasks - with a real AI assistant capable of planning projects, brainstorming, and acting on your data.
Nunia Sync keeps every device on the same page. Capture tasks, edit, and run assistant flows without a connection; everything reconciles when you reconnect.
Why we built it
The gap nobody filled
Most productivity apps fall into two camps: clean GTD tools that ignore AI, or AI-first apps that treat tasks as a notepad. We wanted both. We wanted contexts you could trust, layouts that bend to the way you think rather than the other way around, and an assistant that could actually do work on your task data instead of suggesting reminders.
We also wanted something that worked properly in Spanish. A lot of productivity apps treat Spanish as a translation layer. We treat it as a primary language, with the same care we put into English.
