GTD-style task management
Capture anything you need to do in seconds. Tasks have title, rich description, importance, and an optional deadline.
Importance is graded across four levels: Critical, Important, Neutral, Low. The queue surfaces what truly matters first. Mark tasks complete or send them back to pending with one tap. Pending and done sections collapse so you can keep the focus on what is left. Filter by importance whenever the list grows long, and trust automatic metadata - creation date, last update, status - to know exactly where each item stands.
Break large tasks into Steps (subtasks). The progress indicator shows "X of Y completed" so you can feel momentum without leaving the parent task. Reorder by long-press drag, the same gesture you use to reorder tasks in a list.
02 · Separate worlds
Contexts and adaptive workspaces
Mixing personal errands with work goals is friction. Nunia gives every part of your life its own self-contained world.
Create independent Workspaces (called Contexts) for Personal, Work, Study, Family, or anything you need. Each context has its own emoji, name, and short description. Switching between contexts is one tap and preserves all state - tabs, filters, scroll position - so you never lose your place.
Inside every context: a permanent Main List plus unlimited extra lists with their own icon and description. Drag and drop works inside a list, between lists, and between the Main List and the extras. Deleting a context requires confirmation, so nothing is lost by accident.

04 · An AI that does work
AI assistant that executes
A real conversational agent, not a glorified suggestion box. It can read, create, and update your tasks.
Streaming replies, full conversation history per context, rich-text rendering, copy-to-clipboard, and per-message deletion. Start a fresh conversation any time, with a confirmation step so you do not wipe useful context by mistake.
The agent can analyze and plan tasks, brainstorm complex projects, and act on your task data: it creates, reads, and updates tasks for you. Live status indicators (loading, generating, idle) tell you what it is doing. Report a problematic conversation with an optional description if anything feels off.

Sensitive data is encrypted with industry-standard cryptography and stored using platform-native secure storage. Sessions are managed safely with automatic refresh so you stay signed in without surprises.

- Restore the entire state from the latest cloud snapshot when needed.
- Permanent account deletion behind a confirmation step that requires you to type "DELETE".

Every plan unlocks every feature. The only thing that scales between tiers is the monthly credit allowance for the AI assistant.
