Pick the auth method that fits you: Google, Apple, magic link by email, or SMS verification. Sessions are managed safely with automatic refresh, so you stay signed in without surprises. Sign in on iOS, Android, and the web with the same account; your data stays in sync across devices through Nunia Sync.
A Context (Workspace) is a self-contained area for one part of your life: Personal, Work, a specific client, a side project, your studies. Give it a name, an emoji, and a short description. Inside the context you get a permanent Main List plus as many extra lists as you need. Switching contexts is one tap and preserves all state - tabs, filters, scroll position - so you do not lose your place.
Each context has its own layout, picked from five options: All in One, All in One Minimalist, Lists, Basic, or Minimalist. Some people thrive with everything visible at once; others need a single list and nothing else to enter deep work. Change the layout at any time without losing data.
Add tasks with a title, an optional rich description, an importance level (Critical, Important, Neutral, Low), and an optional deadline. For anything bigger than a single action, break it into Steps - subtasks that show progress as 'X of Y completed' without leaving the parent task. Reorder by dragging, move tasks between lists or contexts, filter by importance, mark complete with one tap.
Open the assistant tab. The agent lives inside the same context, with full conversation history and access to your task data. Ask it to plan a project, brainstorm a hard decision, summarize what is left, or directly create, read, and update tasks for you. Streaming replies, copy-to-clipboard, and per-message deletion all work out of the box. Live status indicators tell you when the agent is loading, generating, or idle.
Open the app on your phone in the morning, the web at lunch, your tablet at night - Nunia Sync keeps every device on the same page. Changes captured offline are queued locally and reconciled the moment a connection returns. Concurrent edits across devices reconcile cleanly. Last-sync timestamp visible at a glance; pull-to-refresh on demand. Mobile-native polish (clipboard, adaptive keyboard, native status bar, splash screen, lifecycle re-sync, coherent back-button) makes Nunia feel like a real platform app, not a wrapped website.
Export your full personal data on request, delivered as a ZIP via email (one export per 24h cooldown). Restore the entire state from the latest cloud snapshot if something goes wrong. Delete your account permanently with a confirmation that requires you to type 'DELETE'. Sensitive data is encrypted with industry-standard cryptography and stored using platform-native secure storage.
