Use case

Nunia for students

Classes, group projects, exams, internship applications, and your actual life. Five layouts, contexts per area, and an AI agent that helps you plan a study week without locking you into one rigid system.

01

The problem

Student work is bursty and multi-domain. One week is exam prep; the next is a group project; the next a thesis chapter. Generic task managers force everything into a single list, then your study tasks drown in birthday reminders and laundry.

Most apps also assume an always-online workflow. Reality is libraries, trains, classrooms with bad wifi, and laptops on battery. Apps that hang or lose data when offline are a poor fit.

02

How Nunia helps

Create a Context per subject or project. Each gets its own layout, lists, and AI assistant conversation. Switch between Algorithms, Bachelor Thesis, Group Project, and Personal without anything bleeding into the wrong queue.

Use the Steps feature to break a paper or exam-prep block into smaller chunks. Drag to reorder. Mark importance to keep the queue honest about what is due tomorrow vs. what is a future-self problem.

When you are stuck, ask the assistant to help plan a study session, summarize what is left to finish a paper, or break a vague TODO into concrete actions. It can create and update those subtasks for you.

03

Example day

Morning: open the Algorithms context, Minimalist layout. Three Steps left from yesterday's problem set. Knock out two before class.

Afternoon: switch to Bachelor Thesis context, Lists layout. The assistant suggests a 90-minute writing block on the literature review chapter and creates the subtasks. Phone goes offline on the train back; you keep editing - Nunia Sync reconciles when you reconnect.

Evening: Personal context, Basic layout. Plan tomorrow's groceries and a gym session. Done.

Why it fits

Quick reasons

  • Five layouts let study mode (Minimalist) differ from project planning (Lists) without juggling two apps.
  • Nunia Sync means library wifi or a phone deadzone never costs you progress.
  • Native Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, Valencian and 50+ more, in case your university operates in any of them.
  • Pricing starts at $1.99/month with a free trial, sane for a student budget.
